Please telephone if you are unwell or need urgent medical advice. There will be no collection of prescriptions from the surgery, all prescriptions will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Prescriptions from the pharmacy may take longer than usual due to the high demand. No sick lines will be issued for patients who are self-isolating as per government guidance – this can be found at https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-

For repeat prescriptions call 01475 888688 (open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday). Answer machine available 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
Monday: 8.20am – 11.00am and 2.20pm – 5.00pm
Tuesday: 8.20am – 11.00am and 2.20pm – 5.00pm
Wednesday: 8.20am – 11.00am emergency surgery
Thursday: 8.20am – 11.00am and 2.20pm – 5.00pm
